This Privacy Policy describes how THE Foundation (“the Foundation”) collects, uses, and protects the personal information of donors and visitors (“Users”) to the THE Foundation Documentary Project (“the NTB Film Project”)..
Not That Basic Film is a project by THE Foundation and therefore filling in the forms on Not That Basic Film will be collected by THE Foundation and also send by THE foundation.

Terms of Service for The Happiness Economy Foundation (THE), Not That basic (NTB) Film Project
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or donating to Foundation Happiness Economy Foundation Named in this document as THE Foundation) with Documentary, Not That Basic (named in this document as NTB Film)as their project, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service, as well as any additional terms and conditions provided by THE Foundation. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should not participate in the project NTB.
2. Donations
a. THE Foundation solicits donations to fund the creation, production, and distribution of the documentary project described on THE Foundation’s website or official communications.
b. Donations made to NTB Film are voluntary and non-refundable. THE Foundation does not guarantee any specific outcome or result from NTB Film since this is highly influenced by external factors. c. THE Foundation reserves the right to use donations for any lawful purpose related to the creation, production, and distribution of the NTB Film, as determined by THE Foundation in its sole discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
a. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and any oTHE Foundation proprietary rights, in and to THE Foundation, its content, and related materials, are owned by THE Foundation or its licensors. b. Donors acknowledge that their donations do not grant them any ownership or rights to the intellectual property of the NTB Film, its content, or related materials.
4. Privacy Policy
a. THE Foundation respects the privacy of its donors and adheres to applicable privacy laws and regulations. b. Donors’ personal information collected by will only be used for purposes related to NTB Film and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
5. Liability
a. THE Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the NTB Film, including but not limited to donations made to the NTB Film.
b. Donors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation in the NTB Film.
6. Email Marketing
a. By participating in the NTB Film, donors consent to receive email communications from the Foundation regarding the Film, related updates, and other activities or initiatives of the Foundation.
b. Donors may opt-out of receiving email communications from the Foundation at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails or by contacting the Foundation directly.
c. The emails we collect on NTH Film website, will be ‘shared’ with THE Foundation because they are one and the same. You may recieve emails from THE Foundation even if you filled out the form on NTB Film.
7. Modifications
THE Foundation reserves the right to modify or update the Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in NTB Film after any such changes shall constitute acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.
8. Governing Law
The Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
